On Friday May 29, 2020 Governor Wolf announced Allegheny County would phase into Green June 5th. We know you have all been waiting patiently for us to be allowed to open and the news on Friday was exciting however it also means we have some work to do. We have worked really hard to figure out new schedules, we are only operating at 50% capacity, and after our staff meeting we will be ready to start priority scheduling. We have decided to re-open Tuesday June 9th 2020.
What does priority scheduling mean?
Each stylist and lash artist has a list of every client that was scheduled during COVID-19. We will start contacting those that had canceled appointments in the order you were scheduled, You will have 48 hours to get in contact with your stylist before we remove you from the priority list. Please keep in mind its going to take longer for your services and we can't max out our schedule, PLEASE BE PATIENT!
When can I book if I wasn't on the priority list?
Once we have made sure to reschedule those canceled during the quarantine, we will then open scheduling to the public. We switched our booking software to Square so online booking will be available for everyone ( the one silver lining to having lots of downtime!). With online booking you will submit a request for an appointment and your stylist will confirm or deny, if they deny its usually a scheduling or service error. If that happens, we will contact you ASAP to get the correct service booked.
Here is the link to book online (will only work once we open booking).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR APPOINTMENTS!!
When you arrive for your appointment, please do not come early,
text 412-256-8289 and state your name and your stylist name at your appointment time and that you have arrived and stay inside your vehicle.
i.e. " Hi its Dana Bannon and i'm here for my 3pm with Lily"
We will text you and let you know to come in for your appointment, do not just come in the door will be locked.
We will have a separate entrance and exit with simplified scheduling and checkout.
When you enter, we will take your temperature and have you sanitize your hands, there will also be information to sign. Your stylist will greet you and immediately take you to begin your service. If you have a temperature you will be sent home.
You MUST wear a mask and we insist you do not remove it for the duration of your service. Masks must loop around the ears and we suggest disposable ones for chemical services, we are not liable for damages or staining to your mask. If you do not have the correct mask we will provide one that will be added to your bill.
There will be no beverage bar at the moment. If you would like a beverage then we ask you bring it yourself.
You must come alone for your services, NO KIDS (sorry, its just temporary).
The only stylist accepting kid's appointments at this time is Shane, one parent may accompany a child under 14 yrs old. Anyone 14 and older must enter alone to have a service.
Try to sit back and relax and lets keep talking to a minimum, we will be adjusting to working longs days in masks!
We will not be answering phones until we open on June 9th, so please wait for us to contact you about scheduling for now. If you have any questions email firstname.lastname@example.org.
As we navigate these uncertain times we are taking the safety of our clients & our staff seriously. We have installed plexi-glass around the reception desk and have moved all stations to be 6 ft apart. Staff will be cleaning stations after each customer and we will have a fresh cape each time. We have always taken sanitation seriously in the salon but will step up the cleaning of all surfaces and bathrooms. Retail shelves will be stocked and ready for you however no testers at the moment.
We will also continue not to enforce our cancellation policy, if you are sick or have been around someone that is sick PLEASE STAY HOME! If you have traveled please make your appointment 4-7 days after you have been home. IMPORTANT if you should happen to become ill with COVID-19 or have contact with a positive COVID-19 patient please let us know ASAP so we may take the proper disinfection protocols. I know this is a lot of information and I will try super hard to make the salon a safe, relaxing and fun place!
WE CANT WAIT TO SEE YOU ALL!!! xoxo
