IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR APPOINTMENTS!!
When you arrive for your appointment, please do not come early,
text (412)256-8289 and state your
name and your stylist name at your appointment time and that you have arrived and stay inside your vehicle.
We will text you and let you know to come in for your appointment, do not just come in the door will be
We will have a separate entrance and exit with simplified scheduling and checkout.
When you enter, we will take your temperature and have you sanitize your hands, there will also be a
waiver to sign. Your stylist will greet you and immediately take you to begin your service. If you
have a temperature you will be sent home.
You MUST wear a mask and we insist you do not remove it
for the duration of your service. Masks must loop around the ears and we suggest disposable ones for
chemical services, we are not liable for damages or staining to your mask. If you do not have the correct mask we
will provide one that will be added to your bill.
There will be no beverage bar at the moment. If you would like a beverage then we ask you bring it
You must come alone for your services, NO KIDS (sorry, its just temporary).
The only stylist accepting kid's appointments at this time is Penny, one parent may accompany a child under 14 yrs old.
Anyone 14 and older must enter alone to have a service.
Try to sit back and relax and lets keep talking to a minimum, we will be adjusting to working longs
days in masks!
As we navigate these uncertain times we are taking the safety of our clients & our staff seriously.
We have installed plexi-glass around the reception desk and have moved all stations to be 6 ft apart.
Staff will be cleaning stations after each customer and we will have a fresh cape each time.
We have always taken sanitation seriously in the salon but will step up the cleaning of all surfaces and bathrooms.
Retail shelves will be stocked and ready for you however no testers at the moment.
Starting October 1, 2020 we will begin to enforce our cancellation policy, for cancelations under 24 hours notice you will be charged $50 for every hour booked.
DUE TO COVID, if you are sick or have been around someone that is sick PLEASE STAY HOME!
We will apply the cancelation fee to your next appointment.
If you have traveled please make your appointment 4-7 days after you have been home.
IMPORTANT if you should happen to become ill with COVID-19 or have contact with a positive COVID-19 patient please let us know ASAP so we may take the proper disinfection protocols.
I know this is a lot of information and I will try super hard to make the salon a safe, relaxing and fun place!
