IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR APPOINTMENTS!


As of June 6th, 2023, we are encouraging masks but not requiring them.

(1) If you would prefer your stylist to also wear a mask, please let us know!
(2) For those who would like to limit their exposure to others - Kay’s Tuesday appointments are one-on-one upstairs, and we have some appointments which fall outside of high-traffic times in the salon. Please reach out for scheduling and we can help you find a good fit!
(3) You are welcome to wait in your car if you feel more comfortable. We just ask you text us when you’ve arrived!
(4) Please do not come for your appointment if you are awaiting COVID-19 test results, feeling ill, or have been around someone that is sick. See our cancellation policy for more information.


CANCELLATIONS

Our current cancellation policy: late cancellations (under 24 hours for 30 minute to 1 hour appointments, or 48 hours for 1+ hour appointments) will be charged 50% per hour booked. NO-SHOWS will be charged full price per hour booked. For more details, please see our cancellation page linked above.


CHECK-IN PROCEDURES

To check in:

  • Please enter through the black entrance door.

  • Check in with the front desk.

  • Take a seat in our waiting room and your stylist will be with you shortly!

Clients who prefer to wait outside/in their cars are welcome to contact us with concerns.
